Massage Therapy
Massage is generally considered part of complementary and integrative medicine. It’s increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations. Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
Chinese Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is a powerful healing technique used in massage therapy to enhance relaxation and overall wellness. By applying heated glass cups to the skin, this therapy creates gentle suction that improves blood circulation, eases sore muscles, and promotes natural detoxification. Many clients choose cupping for pain relief in the back, neck, and shoulders, as well as to reduce stress and improve energy flow. Safe, effective, and deeply restorative, glass fire cupping is an excellent complement to therapeutic massage for those seeking better mobility, faster recovery, and lasting balance in body and mind.
LEB Therapy
This therapy is NEW to the USA and Canada. Let me explain what it is not: it is not a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) machine and it is not a Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Therapy (PEMT) machine. It is much more that either of these put together!
Hybrid Healing Therapy
Chinese massage dates back over 4000 years in traditional Chinese medicine. Considered a primary treatment modality, Chinese massage is based on the concept of meridians and the flow of energy or “Qi” in the human body. It shares commonalities with both acupuncture and qigong (therapeutic exercise). Unlike Western versions of massage, pampering and relaxation are not the intended goals of the treatment. Holistic in its practice and philosophy, Chinese massage addresses the entire being and not just the physical body.
